Jennie Taylor has 16 years of first hand knowledge of what it takes to be effective in the rapidly evolving and complex industries of healthcare, technology, and series A startups. She has experience building and targeting vertical markets, leading and closing multi-million dollar sales contracts, as well as breaking down huge sales, performance, and learning and development goals to make them manageable and measurable.
Jennie’s coaching has helped the leaders she works with achieve tangible results, more fulfillment, and clear intention in their roles by increasing awareness of blindspots and core beliefs and creating scalable strategies that shift behavior, communication, and mindset within growing organizations. She believes that the foundational elements for teams that thrive are purpose, growth, authenticity, and connection and aims to create practical and reproducible ways to diagnose gaps and cultivate these with the leaders she works with.
She has been working as a coach for professionals since 2016. Her background as a leader of high performing sales teams well as learning and development and sales enablement teams helps her understand and navigate the challenges that organizations and leaders face when scaling best practices across growing organizations.
